ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS FRESH AND GENUINE? 

Yes, our products are sourced from authorized and legitimate distribution firms around the world. However, some products sold on our website may differ in its packaging from the ones on the market or what you have at home. This is because manufacturers around the world need to cater for the needs of different countries. For example, a product sold in the United States may differ in appearance from the one sold in France or Korea, but the content is the same – a genuine product produced by the same manufacturer.

Freshness is also 100% guaranteed. We keep all our stock in a temperature-controlled environment prior to shipping, and the products are subject to regular quality control inspections.

So just relax and enjoy your purchase. We have implemented all the necessary measurements to enable you to have a great shopping experience!

  

If I have an allergic reaction or skin damage when using your beauty or skin care products, can I get a refund?

 

We cannot provide refunds or returns for products that cause allergies or poor skin reactions. Since each person's skin reacts differently to beauty or skin care products, we recommend that customers check the product information and ingredient list carefully before purchasing. Customers can refer to more detailed product information on the beauty or skin care brand website.

Discounts and Promotions

Why isn't my promo code working?

Promo codes can be specific to dates, products or minimum total amount. All promotional offers, emails and sales, including the Favorites 10% off discount cannot be combined with any other offer and excludes all sale items. If you are experiencing an error with your promo code please refer to the email or website and look for the following: Expiration Date, Excluded Brands, Spend Requirement. For questions or assistance with a promo code please contact Customer Services. 

What is a promo code and how do I get one?

Promo codes work the same way as online coupons. LASAGACIA account holders that sign up for a free account regularly receive emails with discounts and promotional specials. If you would like to receive LASAGACIA emails, please sign up for a free account and you will be added to our mailing list.

 

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid. 
In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, LASAGACIA will not be liable for any replacement or refund. 
The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

 

What is the LASAGACIA Rewards Program?

This is LASAGACIA's Loyalty Program where you can earn 5 LASAGACIA Reward points for every dollar spent on products at LASAGACIA.com (tax & shipping are not included). Points will be deposited into your Lasagacia account once the order ships. 

LASAGACIA points can be converted to LASAGACIA Dollars. Every 150 LASAGACIA Reward points earned = 1 LASAGACIA $. LASAGACIA Dollars are redeemable towards LASAGACIA.com product purchases, and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of a LASAGACIA eGift Card.

Anyone can join! Existing and New customers are welcome to join our new LASAGACIA Rewards Loyalty Program. Go to your LASAGACIA account page to opt-in, or create an account from LASAGACIA Rewards

LASAGACIA Reward Points

Points will be deposited into your LASAGACIA Account once your order ships. If there are multiple shipments, you will earn points for the value of that shipment. 

LASAGACIA Rewards points will expire 6  months from the points deposit date. Points convert to  LASAGACIA Dollars and are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used towards the purchase of a LASAGACIA eGift Card. Rewards points are non-transferable.

You can order quickly and easily through lasagacia.com.

To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click on "Add to Basket" for the item you wish to buy.

To remove an item, go to your Shopping Basket and select “Remove".

To change the quantity of items, go to your Shopping Basket and change the number in the box under the "QTY" column.

At this time, we accept and deliver orders within Hong Kong and select International locations. For more information, see our International shipment page. You must be at least 13 years of age to make an online purchase. 

Signing Into My Account

If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping basket and want to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. 

Shipping Address

Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.

Lasagacia.com offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all Hong Kong & Macau merchandise orders HKD 499 and over. For shipments totalling less than HKD 499, there is a delivery charge of HKD40 for Standard 3 Day shipping. Orders over HKD499 always ship for free—no promotion code needed.
